Alternatives to Traditional Therapy
The Cortina Method (TCM) for trauma resolution
TCM is a brain-based healing methodology rooted in the latest neuroscience. TCM does not require the individual to relive or re-experience the pain in the process. Decades of trauma can be resolved in as little as 1-2 visits. It is a light and uplifting experiential process in which the therapist does most of the talking as she engages and guides you through several activities to resolve distractions in mind, body, and/or limiting beliefs.
